Writer's Guidelines:
The purpose of PastorsWives.Com is to nurture and champion ministry wives. We offer resources, devotions, articles, testimonies, and encouragement to support wives of pastors and missionaries in their family and ministry. We are currently looking for posts related to the following topics:
• Establishing boundaries in ministry
• Developing friendships
• Tips for raising PK’s
• Life in the fishbowl
• Pastor’s Wife Humor
• Encouragement and devotions
• Creative outreach ideas
• Tips for handling church conflict
• Advice for ministry transitions
• Maintaining your own spiritual health
• Marriage and ministry
We prefer the tone of our articles to be that of someone who’s walking alongside. Be truthful and realistic, yet leave our readers with hope. Please avoid “what not to say/do posts” in favor of “what to say to/do for someone who is ________________”.)
We offer opportunities for both guest posts and regular contributors. Please read the following guidelines before submitting:
Regular Contributors:
• Are currently serving or have served as a ministry wife in part-time or full-time ministry, including wives of missionaries and wives of men currently studying to enter the ministry.
• Are willing to affirm and write in accordance with our statement of beliefs.
• Willing to write one post a month of approximately 500 words to encourage ministry wives along with an appropriately credited image.
• Will share a teaser for their posts on their own blog, share via their social media channels, and engage with comments on PastorsWives.Com.

• Guest writers are encouraged to share their posts via their blogs and social media channels and to engage with comments on PastorsWives.Com.
• Please submit a relevant photo (appropriately credited) and short bio along with your post.
Other notes:
- Only original posts are accepted. (Please, no reposts from an old blog entry nor content already posted elsewhere in print or on the web.)
- This must be your original work and you must hold the copyright to it. (In other words, if you write something and haven't published it anywhere else, you're good!)
- Include an image (either photo or blog logo) along with a short bio and any contact info you'd like to share. Feel free to use your name or a pseudonym.
- Don't forget about social media so that we can tag you and add you to our author list.
- By submitting your story, you are giving the Pastors' Wives Connection permission to publish it on this blog without compensation. However, you otherwise retain ownership of your work.
- If accepted: please post a short blurb on your blog, if applicable, directing readers to your full post on our site.
